The owned route is a fast website that ranks for your trade and suburbs, a worked Google Business Profile, a steady review flow, and ads when you want the tap turned up. Enquiries arrive alone and the asset keeps producing after each invoice is paid. The honest cost is patience: months to spin up, so build it while a marketplace fills the gap.
