How Web Blend handles the information you share with us, kept to what we need to reply, quote, and do the work.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Web Blend is a trading name of The Trustee for Luke & Georgie De Vries Family Trust (ABN 44 263 057 507), based in the Northern Territory, Australia. This is a plain-English summary of how we handle the information you share with us.
The short version
Web Blend builds websites, video and Google Ads for service businesses. We collect personal information mainly when you enquire with us. We keep it to what we need to reply, quote and do the work, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use an enquiry or audit form or email us, we receive details such as your name, business, website, email, phone number, message, audit order information and any read-only reports, exports or business materials you choose to provide so we can respond, prepare a quote or provide the service you requested. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or secret keys.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record basic request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and reliability. We don't tie this to an identifying profile.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) and PostHog to understand pages viewed, devices, traffic sources and useful actions such as quote-button, phone and form-success events. For visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland this only starts after you accept the analytics notice. We do not identify visitors from enquiry details or send form entries to PostHog.
- Advertising measurement. When enabled, Meta Pixel records page views and confirmed enquiry events so we can measure ads and build campaign audiences. Our server-side Meta Conversions API integration can send a confirmed lead or paid-audit event with a shared identifier for deduplication. It may include browser details, ad click identifiers and contact details that are normalised and SHA-256 hashed before they are sent to Meta.
- Privacy-masked session replay. PostHog can show us a replay of how a session moved through the public site. Form inputs are masked, console recording is off, URL query strings are removed from replays, and the private client-onboarding route is excluded entirely.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, deliver the work you've engaged us for, and keep you updated on it. We may also use site activity to measure our advertising and create or exclude campaign audiences. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of analytics at any time with “Analytics settings” in the footer (visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland are asked first via the analytics notice). Rejecting or withdrawing stops analytics, ad measurement and session replay. You can also ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it through the contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business grows. The date above shows when it last changed.
