Terms of Use
The ground rules for using the Web Blend website and engaging us for work. Short and plain.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Web Blend is a trading name of The Trustee for Luke & Georgie De Vries Family Trust (ABN 44 263 057 507), based in the Northern Territory, Australia. These terms set out, in plain English, the ground rules for using this website.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Web Blend website. The specifics of any work we do for you, scope, price, timelines, ownership and payment, are set out in the proposal or agreement we send you, which takes precedence over anything on this page if they ever differ.
2. Website & Ads Audit
The Website & Ads Audit is a one-time $290 AUD service. Web Blend uses an AI-assisted review process and Luke De Vries then checks, interprets and presents the findings. You receive two recorded videos: a screen-recorded walkthrough of the findings and a separate prioritised action-plan video.
Scope. The audit reviews:
- mobile website speed and obvious technical friction;
- the path from a website visit to an enquiry or booked job;
- page clarity, calls to action, trust signals and conversion issues;
- search visibility and Google review presentation;
- missed-call and enquiry follow-up gaps that can be assessed from the information supplied; and
- Google Ads structure and obvious wasted-spend risks, if you provide read-only access or an adequate export before the audit starts.
The audit identifies the highest-priority fixes and gives practical recommendations. It does not include implementation, code changes, ad account changes, ongoing monitoring, an exhaustive legal, accessibility or cyber-security compliance review, or a guarantee of rankings, leads, sales or savings.
Delivery. Web Blend will send both videos by 5:00 pm ACST on the next business day after payment and after receiving all access and information reasonably needed to complete the agreed scope. Business days exclude weekends and Northern Territory public holidays. Never send passwords, authentication codes or secret keys. Use read-only account access or exports where available.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel for a full refund before Web Blend starts the audit. Because this is a fast-turnaround custom service, a change-of-mind refund is not available after work has started. If Web Blend cannot meet the delivery commitment for reasons within its control, you may choose a revised delivery time or cancel for a full refund. These terms do not limit any remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for an agreed purpose, or is not supplied within the agreed time.
Implementation credit. If Web Blend quotes implementation work that directly addresses the audit findings, the full $290 audit fee is credited against one implementation engagement valued at $1,500 AUD or more when you accept the quote and pay its required deposit within 30 calendar days after audit delivery. The credit is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot exceed the implementation fee.
Stripe hosts and processes online checkout and requires acceptance of these terms. Payment confirms your order and permission for Web Blend to use the business information and read-only materials you provide to perform the AI-assisted and human-reviewed audit.
3. Acceptable use
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Misrepresent us or imply an endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or compromise the site or its hosting.
- Use the site to do anything unlawful or in breach of someone else's rights.
4. Who owns what
When you engage us to build something, you own the finished work we deliver to you once it's paid for, as set out in your agreement. The Web Blend name, logo and the content on this website remain ours. Any third-party assets, fonts or licences used in your project are covered in your project agreement.
5. No warranty on this website
This website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Anything we promise about work we do for you lives in your agreement, not here.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
7. External links
This site may link to third-party destinations. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the business develops. The current version is always marked by the “Last updated” date above.
