Quote win rate calculator: see what happens after send

Quote win rate calculator results start with two numbers: quotes sent and quotes accepted. Add your average accepted job value and an editable target to see the monthly gap. The example values are only a starting point, so replace every field with your own figures.

// YOUR QUOTES

Calculate your current quote win rate

Use your last full month, or an average month if work is seasonal. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere. Results update in your browser as you type.

The defaults are an example, not an industry benchmark. Use the same month for quotes sent and accepted.

Current quote win rate

30.0% 6 accepted from 20 quotes
Extra jobs per month 2.0
Extra booked value per month $5,000
Annualised value $60,000

At a 40% target, 20 quotes would produce 8 accepted jobs.

// TRANSPARENT MATHS

How the calculator gets each result

01

Current win rate

accepted quotes / quotes sent x 100

02

Extra jobs at target

quotes sent x target rate - accepted quotes

03

Booked-value gap

extra jobs x average accepted job value

This is a planning estimate, not a revenue forecast. It assumes your quote mix, average accepted value and capacity stay the same. It does not account for gross margin, deposits, cancellations, seasonality or when the work is completed and paid.

A higher win rate is not always better. If you are winning nearly every quote, check whether pricing, job fit or capacity needs attention before chasing a larger percentage.

// FIND THE LEAK

Separate poor-fit leads from quiet quotes

A low result can start before or after the quote. Use the lead checklist to screen jobs before a site visit, then use quote follow-up when suitable customers simply go quiet.

// READY WHEN YOU ARE
